The Board of Directors

Sadie Sharp

CEO

Sadie is a management consultant, and the founder of the Platform Project. She has worked with young people and non-for-profit organisations to help them transform their lives and organisations and decided to launch the Platform Project to bring together a number of innovative practices that she has witnessed and designed. Sadie is responsible for the day to day running of the project, and for setting the strategic direction of the organisation.

Vicky Parker

Chair

Vicky is Chief Operations Officer for WestSpring IT, an IT & Telecoms solutions provider who have their head office in Bristol. With 20 years previous experience within the recruitment industry, Vicky joined the Platform Project to help support and grow the Employer proposition - matching young people with local employers and supporting their on-boarding and induction journey. Now Chair of the Board, Vicky leads on Operational strategy and supports the CEO as required.

Andy Langley

Vice Chair

Andy is CEO of Ntegra Ltd, a specialist technology consultancy based in Swindon. Ntegra works with a broad range of globally recognised brands. As a local employer Andy is keen to ensure there is a great pool of talent in Swindon – working with the Platform Project is key to making this happen; the projects approach to helping young people grow and develop, infused with an entrepreneurial spirit makes it unique in this area.

Jon Joyce

Non-Executive Director (Finance Director)

Jon is a local Director for Metro Bank and has over 20 years experience of helping a range of different companies manage their growth and financial Governance. Jon joined the Platform Project to help structure the different income streams to achieve the ambitious goals of becoming financially sustainable despite being a not-for-profit organisation.

Mike Land

Non-Executive Director (Marketing Director)

Mike is a talented creative with almost 30 years of experience in the design industry. He has worked for a wide range of clients from different sectors, including some well-known brands such as Texaco, Tie Rack, Battersea Dogs Home and De Vere Hotels.

"I love working with young creatives and jumped at the chance to support The Platform Project."

Mike joined the board to help raise the profile of the organisation and support fundraising events. His extensive knowledge and creative approach will be a great addition.

Dan has been a mentor to young people across a variety of settings that have included further education, employment/ volunteering, residential and community/ outreach. The majority of his experience has been working with young people on the autistic spectrum.

Tess is a qualified counsellor who is building her own private counselling company alongside working as a mentor. A mum to teenagers, Tess loves supporting young people.

Elaine is a qualified Trauma Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Coach and Practitioner. She runs her own clinic for private patients’ working with both children and adults. Her clinic supports patients who present with Neurodiversity, PTSD, Attachment and Abandonment, Self-Harm, Anxiety and Depression.
